All of our Lingerie garments are available at the highest quality and we can assure you that the service we provide is even higher.

Satisfaction and Returns

If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items but you must follow some rules.

You will need to make sure all labels are still attached. We cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.

Do try items on but please leave your underwear on!

If we feel that non-faulty items have been worn or soiled we will not issue a refund but return the goods to you at your expense.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received and checked the garments we will offer you an exchange or a refund to your credit card within 14 days, excluding all shipping fees.

To safeguard yourself, we recommend that you ask for a receipt from the post office for proof of posting, in case your package should go missing in transit.

All returned garments which are shipped via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a £2.90 handling charge.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

Pure Decadence Delivery
All orders received before 3.30pm Monday-Friday will be processed and despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays & stock availability) via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery is free to all UK address on all orders over £50. In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to despatch your goods to you within 7-10 days.

Please note for security reasons all Pure Decadence UK parcels have to be signed for. Please do not worry, if you are not in to receive your parcel Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you should collect your discreetly packaged order or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you.

When will your Pure Decadence order be delivered?

UK Standard Delivery orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

UK Express Next Day Delivery are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All orders placed before 3.30pm UK time Monday-Friday are despatched the same day.

Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.

Standard Delivery orders arrive 1-3 days after despatch.

If you have selected Express Next Day Delivery to a UK address and ordered by 3.30pm UK time, your order will arrive the next working day after despatch.

If you place an order for Express Next Day Delivery on a Friday, please be aware that your parcel will not defiantly be delivered on the Saturday morning, however most parcels still arrive the next day. If not please expect your parcel on the Monday morning.

UK Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery - First Class Recorded Post
Delivery to UK addresses for orders under £50.00 costs £2.90. Delivery will take 1-3 days.

Express Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery
Select Gold- Royal Mail Special Delivery from the shipping drop down options through checkout. This guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. Express next-day delivery costs £7.50.

International Delivery Charges
Pure Decadence ship to Europe via Royal Mail Sign For Service, this costs £10.00 and delivery will take 5-7working days.

Gift-wrapping Service and Special Message Cards

You can delight a friend or loved one with the gift of luxurious underwear? And what better way to make it extra special, than by having it arrive at their doorstep, perfectly presented, bearing a card with warm words written by you?

To make someone's day, simply select the GIFT-WRAP SERVICE through the check out process. You will be asked to specify the message you would like included. The charge for gift wrapping is £4.95.



Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch. We also have a PDQ machine within our shop, which enables us to process credit cards off-line. We also accept cheques, postal orders, money orders and the old fashioned method of cash! When sending cash, money orders or postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method. Cheques must be made payable to Pure Decadence.

Security

All payments for Puredecadence.co.uk are taken by Secure Trading Ltd, the approved payment processor of our bankers Lloyds TSB. All communications within the Secure Trading system are strongly encrypted using 2048-bit RSA encryption with variable 168-bit session keys.

This is significantly more secure than standard browser SSL security provided by, e.g. Internet Explorer. The high level of encryption used is forecast as not being a requirement until the year 2015.
